About the Centre

Dandenong Oasis Indoor Swimming Pool, and Gym facilities located in Mills Reserve, Dandenong. The centre provides a 50 metre pool, hydrotherapy pool, spa sauna, toddler pool, fun pool, gym, squash courts, group fitness rooms, childcare and café.

About the role 

Dandenong Oasis is looking to expand our group fitness offerings in 2022 and are looking for qualified RPM / Spin / Sprint instructors for permanent classes.  

As a Group Fitness Instructor you will possess a genuine desire to encourage and support members to achieve their health and fitness goals. The Instructor is relied upon to motivate, educate and enhance each member’s experience. 

This is a casual position and the hourly rate starts at $54.65 + super.

Essential Qualifications   

  • Certificate III in Fitness or approved equivalent
  • Current Fitness Australia Registration, or approved equivalent
  • Apply First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate

Other Requirements

  • 20 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) every two years, in order to maintain your registration with Fitness Australia
  • Emphasis on courses relative to the groups that you predominantly work with (e.g. pregnancy, older adults) will be highly regarded
