About the Role:

This is a great opportunity to use your cleaning skills while developing and leading the Cleaning team based in the Auckland. Working in a challenging environment, often under high pressure while having to deal with conflicting priorities this position requires a team orientated approach and the ability to develop effective working relationships with the client to ensure targets are achieved in relation to service quality and stakeholder expectations. This will include quality control of contracts and auditing processes.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous supervisory experience running a complex, multi-site, low margin, profitable business

• Computer Skills Word and excel, outlook

• Outstanding leadership capability across a diverse workforce

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to implement change

• OH&S training & reporting and monitoring

• Experience in managing staff performance labour management, recruitment induction & training

Skills and Experience:

• Sound understanding of safe chemical use, and OHS in the workplace

• Prior commercial cleaning experience

• Friendly and positive with a 'can do' attitude

• Good verbal & written communication skills

• Strong service industry experience

• Experience in supervisory roles

• Core Computer skills familiar with Microsoft office – use of Word, Excel and Outlook
