Description Nunawading Swimming Club is seeking professional, motivated and enthusiastic coaches to join our junior coaching team. The positions involve coaching your own squad and includes paid competition, professional development opportunities, competitions and admin time commensurate with the role. The positions will be based at our satellite programs in Ringwood, Nunawading and Glen Waverley; however, will also involve travel to other venues for competitions, coach meetings and potential squad covers. The ideal applicant will also work on our Learn to Swim program which operates in the same venues and leads into the squad program. The role would suit a learn-to-swim teacher with a proven drive to progress into coaching or an ex-swimmer looking to enter the world of coaching. The following opportunity exists to VenuesLive’s Information Communications Technology (ICT) team and be part of Australia’s sporting and entertainment future. The successful applicant will be joining a dynamic, high achieving team which strives to ‘Make the Greatest Things Happen’. The role is focused on taking ownership of, improving and supporting the Company’s ICT Business Systems environment, through the formulation of business specifications to create system and software solutions. As a minimum, the successful applicants must have the following skills and qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or similar discipline. Touch Football is one of Queensland's most popular participation sports, with over 7000 teams and 80000+ players participating annually in affiliated and commercial competitions from Thursday Island and Weipa to Rockhampton, Brisbane and Bilambil.  QTF governs six regions and 72 affiliated associations across the state and is responsible for the leadership and management of competitions, representative pathways, events, game development and participation. Leading QTF is a seven-member Board of Directors and a CEO who are responsible for the development, implementation, and achievement of the sport's strategic plan. The organisation is in the final stages of a strategic cycle with a vision to unite, inspire and grow by 2020 and within four key pillars are strategies to increase profile, grow participation, support their people and achieve success in high performance. QTF has just completed an eight-month Governance, Constitution and Operational review. From this review, 16 recommendations were identified and are to be rolled out over the next 18 months. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the ongoing successful operation of QTF as the governing body of Touch in Queensland.
