The Albion Foundation are looking to enhance our female offer to the local community in the recruitment of a full time Female Youth Engagement Coordinator and Girls Football coaches. We have a robust girl's football pathway, consisting of Player Development Centre/Academy's for girls aged 6-16 years old, regular half term camp provision and U10s, U11s, & U12s team competing in the Central Warwickshire girls league on a weekly basis. Within this set up, our programmes have a close link with West Bromwich Albion RTC for player transition month and the Elite Development League for professional club fixtures during half term. Alongside football delivery and pathways, we hope the candidates have classroom experience to plan and deliver PL Changemakers 12-week female leadership course. The RTC age groups range from u12 to u16, and we need dedicated, caring, competent and ambitious coaches to work with us in our outstanding environment. The GK Coach would need to attend all Tuesday and Thursday evening training sessions, and Saturday morning match days. Applicants for this paid role must hold the FA Goalkeeper Level 2 Coaching Qualification, as well as first aid, DBS and safeguarding certification. WBA Women FC are looking for an experienced, suitably qualified and dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join the team and support the physical development of our players. We need driven, caring, competent and ambitious coaches to work with us in our outstanding environment. The S&C Coach would need to attend all Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening training sessions with the 1st team, and Sunday morning match days. The average week would contain 12 hours of contact time with the programme, included some non-contact based work. Applicants for this paid role must hold a relevant degree programme in Sports Science or a Sport Science related discipline, be FA Licensed, hold a recognised First Aid Qualification, and have evidence of working towards either The FA's Level 3 Physical Performance Award, CSCS or UKSCA accreditation.
