Reporting to the club Director of Cricket, the Men’s Lead Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Coach will work alongside the Lead Physiotherapist to prepare the Senior squads for all domestic Men’s competitions. In addition, the Men’s Lead S&C coach will be required to work closely with the Pathway S&C coach in the design and delivery of the pathway programme. The successful candidate will work within a wider S&M team including a Sports Doctor and Physiotherapists.
