You’ve heard that our first-class Women’s team compete in the highest professional league possible and this is your opportunity to play a part in building our future talent. The successful candidate will oversee all day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities within BHAFC’s tier 1 FA Girls’ Regional Talent Club (RTC), ensuring the club continues to meet criteria. What does the day to day look like? Reporting to the women’s and girls’ general manager, you will be the primary contact for The FA on all FA RTC administrative matters as outlined by tier 1 licence criteria. You will also organise all aspects of fixtures and training programmes for the FA RTC including travel co-ordination, facility booking and referee scheduling. This is a collaborative role and you will need to ensure effective and timely communication with all key stakeholders related to the FA RTC programme to include but not limited to staff, players, parents, The FA, auditors, Clubs and schools. What we need This is an important role for us. We are looking for someone with experience of administrative management, ideally within women’s and girls’ football or an elite sports environment. Our ideal candidate will have sports or football development experience and experience of supporting and advising teams effectively on off-pitch matters. You will also need to be willing to undertake an enhanced FA DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check) should you be successful. If you have experience of taking ownership of projects, working under pressure and to deadlines and willing to work evenings and weekends, then we would love to hear from you.
