Cook Staff are responsible for maintaining, cleanliness, and quality in their areas. Must be available for 70 home games and some specific marquie games. Duties and Responsibilities: Cook – These employees are expected to provide quality products to all customers. Their duties include gathering food as ordered and preparing food in conjunction with all S.O.P. And maintaining proper hygiene per food handling requirements. All positions are expected to maintain impeccable customer service. All positions will also be expected to complete any additional tasks as assigned by Stand Lead and/or Management. Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent guest service skills, writing and clear communication skills.
