At present I am a FA Level 2 qualified Coach. I am currently looking to undertake my UEFA B as well as my youth Modules.

I am a dynamic and creative coach who has gained valuable experience through the use of academic qualifications as well as coaching certificates and practical experience. This has ensured that my knowledge has progressed in tandem with the developments of modern day football.
An individual who utilises effective communication along side demonstrations to create a progressive environment for players to learn and develop technical, psychological, physical and social skills, which can be incorporated through the use of game situation practices.
I am constantly looking to improve my knowledge through, attending courses, learning from other members of the coaching industry, online resources as well as the use of coaching books.

In this volunteer role I coached a Junior Squad from under 8’s to under 12’s based within the Southampton Tyro League. Within this role I was faced with many different scenarios which required me to draw upon all of my previous experiences to overcome. The following points detail my responsibilities within the club:

Ageas Insurance is an award-winning Personal and Commercial insurance provider in the UK. My
role within the company was to deal with claims from start to finish ensuring a high level of customer
service was provided and ensuring the claim was a stress free experience for the policyholder. My
duties included:

 Management of 300+ files for companies and personal policies
 Working within a team to carry out claims and come to conclusions
 Meetings with team leaders to discuss progression as well as evaluate my overall performance
 Negotiating payment settlements on claims with policyholders
 Communicating clearly with the public, colleagues and management
