Liverpool Ladies FC are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Goalkeeper Coach to lead on the delivery within the Tier 1 Regional Talent Centre. In recent years Liverpool Ladies RTC has established itself as one of the leading RTC’s in the North of England with players from across the age groups being selected and identified as potential future national team players. Liverpool has also developed a strong development pathway with players moving through the club and into the senior teams within the club. The Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for ensuring the success and progress of our Goalkeepers continues.
Reporting to the RTC Technical Director, the role’s main objective is to plan and deliver a development programme across all age group goalkeepers within Liverpool Ladies FC RTC Elite Player Performance Programme in line with FA Criteria
Key responsibilities include:
To deliver a training programme in line with LTPD guidelines
To ensure high standards of coach delivery across all age groups
To ensure the GK delivery adheres to the FA standards for Safeguarding Children
To monitor & evaluate the player and provide regular feedback
To provide 1:1 performance reports for all goalkeepers
To support on trials and recruitment within the RTC
To work closely with the coaching staff, Sports Science team and medical team, in order to maximise player potential
To instil Liverpool Ladies FC Club Ethos & culture within the RTC
To oversee all coaching sessions and fixtures.
Other responsibilities may be required as the club sees appropriate.

Previous Experience working within Elite youth football
Experience of working within a long term player development philosophy
